Private Energy Partners (PEP) is a wholly owned affiliate of Quinbrook, a multi-award winning, specialist investment manager focused exclusively on the infrastructure needed to drive the energy transition.
Quinbrook is a global business that was founded in 2015 by Queenslanders David Scaysbrook and Rory Quinlan who have invested in more than 200 low carbon, renewable, storage and critical minerals projects over the past 25 years.
Our PEP global team has been deeply engaged in the renewable energy sector for over 40 years across project development, construction and asset operations.
Our multi-disciplinary team spans advanced Gen AI digital tool development, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering, grid infrastructure, GIS site identification, planning and permitting, design optimisation, procurement, construction, technology innovation, asset management and performance optimisation. Our team is also heavily engaged with incubating new and disruptive solutions and tools deployable across the full lifecycle of advanced power projects with a focus on delivering enhanced value to asset owners.

Private means that our money comes from private sources, such as pension funds, foundations, and other long-term investors. This allows us to focus on building sustainable energy projects with a view toward long-term benefits, rather than short-term financial returns. Our goal is to create enduring value for the communities and regions we serve.

Our focus is on energy – specifically renewable energy. We develop clean, reliable sources of power, from solar to wind and beyond, to help create a more sustainable and resilient energy system for generations to come.
